| As an integral part of public transport in the city, with very prominent features of public, taxi has played an active role to promote urban economic development, facilitate travel, and to some extent, reflects the level of development of urban modernization. From a planned economy to a market economy transition process, the economic system constituted by the property rights system, enterprise system, market system, political system and legal system has not perfect. These defects lead to some problems such as economic interests of the non-equilibrium, the ambiguity of property relations, government regulation and other non-economic, etc. This has seriously affected the prestige of the city manager and exposed the weak of existing taxi business model and operational mechanism in the process of market reform. With the trend of most cities in China promoting to develop public transport under, how should the taxi business model in the city to fully play its function to ensure the healthy development of the taxi industry and to coordinate the relationship between the various stakeholders to achieve the balance of interests of all parties is the issue of this article.First of all, this paper systematically analyzes the development of the taxi industry and its problems, and locates the function of a taxi in the development of traffic. According to the ownership of right to operate, the vehicle ownership and management, the type of the existing taxi business model is classified and the problems are analyzed. By studying the relationship between the stakeholders, evaluation criteria of advantages and disadvantages of business model is proposed. By thinking from multi-angle, evaluation index system is established and AHP is used to its comprehensive evaluation. Recommendations of mode selection and reform are proposed. Finally, taking the taxi industry of Shenyang as an example, this paper demonstrates the application of the AHP to lection business model. |
