Study On Comprehensive Risk Management Of Coal Enterprises

Coal is the main energy of china, so the healthy development of coal enterprise isimportant to economic growth. In recent years, coal enterprises have a rapid development, butthey face more uncertainties and risks from internal and external environment, especially afterthe financial crisis and financial crisis period, these risks are particularly prominent. How toeffectively identify, evaluate, control and avoid these risks is an important issue of coalindustry which is concerned, and is urgent to be resolved. The paper studies risk managementof coal enterprise from overall and comprehensive point of views to make enterprise avoidrisks, seize opportunities, face challenges, which has great theoretical and practicesignificance.Based on domestic and foreign enterprise risk management theory, the paper analyzes therisk management of coal enterprise and makes an empirical study, by risk management theory,rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The major conclusions are as follows:(1) Based on enterprise risk management theory, the paper defines the comprehensiverisk of coal enterprise, and points out that comprehensive risk is the all factors which lead tofailure of business development planning and target in the process of business.(2) From internal and external environment, the paper identifies systematicallycomprehensive risk factors of coal enterprise, and establishes the index system, that consistsof eight first-level indexes such as macroeconomic environment, market, business, finance,technology, resources, safety, strategy, and thirty-two second-level indexes.(3) According to the index system, the paper establishes the comprehensive multilevelfuzzy evaluation model of coal enterprise using rough set theory and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method, and determines comprehensive risk level.(4) The paper proposes a much more comprehensive prevention strategy for coalenterprise, summarizes the work flow of implement comprehensive risk prevention, and raisessome suggestions of comprehensive risk prevention about increasing comprehensive risk prevention and strengthening risk prevention culture.(5) Taking Changping Group Co., Ltd, as an example, the paper identifies and evaluatesthe comprehensive risk factors, obtains comprehensive risk level, and raises some measuresand suggestions.
