| Dingxi city of Gansu Province is rich in Chinese herb. The planting of Chinese herb reaches a considerable scale, Chinese herb becomes the significant industry of Dingxi city. Due to the location of Dingxi is in western area of China, there remains a widening gap between domestic developed areas and Dingxi not only in enterprise scale and management but also in technology. It is essential to establish Dingxi industry funds of Chinese medicine, which will attract funds and provide managing and technological support to the Chinese medicine enterprises in Dingxi.The thesis reviews the national and international study on industry funds, generalizes the corresponding theories and concepts referring to industry funds and Chinese medicine trade and analyzes the development prospect of national Chinese medicine trade and the develop status quo of Dingxi Chinese medicine trade. By the regression analysis on sales income data of Chinese medicine trade over the years, it proposes that Chinese medicine trade will keep increasing development in the following few years. Meanwhile, due to the obvious advantages of Chinese medicine trade and the lack of sufficient funds investment, it is essential and feasible to establish Dingxi industrial funds of Chinese medicine.The thesis designs the running mode of Chinese medicine industrial funds, including the establishment, running and quitting of funds. In the end, it points the potential problems in the development of Dingxi Chinese medicine industrial funds and proposes the corresponding suggestions. |
