| Gansu province is one of the most important production areas of Chinese herbal medicine with the maximum planting area and output.Chinese herbal medicine industry is a key advantage industry in Gansu Province.In addition,it created a “Millennium rural medicine” and “Northwest medicine” reputation based on the abundant resources.More importantly,Gansu has become the center of northwest's largest herbal cultivation,warehousing,processing base and trading,information,pricing.However,there are still many problems in the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry.The superposition of the “non standard production” and “random constraint” in the upstream chain of the industry intensifies the contradiction between “small farmers” and “big market”.Therefore,it is difficult to form the system quality management of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain.It becomes an urgent need for the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry that grasping the overall development,summarizing the operation mode of industrial chain,revealing the formation mechanism,calculating the operation efficiency of different modes and evaluating the stability of industrial chain of Chinese herbal medicine in Gansu Province.In this study,the industrial chain of Chinese herbal medicine was taken as the research object.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and investigation on the overall situation and regional differences of the development of Chinese herbal medicine industry in Gansu Province.The related indexes were selected to evaluate the competitiveness.On the basis of ANT,this paper studies the function and status of the participants in the Chinese herbal medicine industry chain,and reveals the formation mechanism of Chinese medicine industry chain.The related indexes were selected to compare the operation efficiency of different patterns of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain.The structural equation model was used to measure and evaluate the influencing factors of the stability of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain.Relevant conclusions are drawn:1.The evaluation index system of competitiveness of Chinese herbal medicine industry was constructed from four points of departure,including industrial environment,resource endowment,output level and processing capacity.It carried out the factor analysis method to measure the regional competitiveness of Chinese herbal medicine industry.The research showed that:(1)Ding xi,Jinchang,Gannan and Longnan are belong to the dominant areas because their comprehensive competitiveness score were higher than the score.(2)Factor endowment was the foundation of Chinese herbal medicine industry.The low processing capacity has become a limited factor in improving the whole competitiveness.(3)The most important factor that affects the competitiveness of Chinese herbal medicine industry is the maximum weight of the development ability,which includes the intensity of industry support,the intensity of regional development and the industrial value added effect.2.Wholesale market mode,cooperative mode,the third party logistics model and the company model are the main mode of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain operation.Although there is the phenomenon of “selling hard to buy expensive” due to information asymmetry.However,the wholesale market model is the traditional model,its existence for a long time and the transaction is simple.Therefore,it is the most important mode of operation of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain in Longxi.The company mode is the main mode of traditional Chinese medicine industry development,it not only solve the farmer “difficult to sell” dilemma but also provide technical support.However,it is necessary to further enhance the degree of loose organization.Cooperative mode and the third party logistics mode are the new operation mode.They not only improve the operation efficiency of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain,but also reduce the cost and risk of farmers.However,these two models are still in the initial stage,the future promotion and popularization need more time.3.Operation efficiency is the key to evaluate the effect of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain model.Select operating costs,scale of charges,operating margins and producer share ratio as a measure of the efficiency of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain operating indicators.The following results can be obtained by calculation and analysis: The operating efficiency of the cooperative mode is the highest when the operating costs and scale of charges are measured;When the profit margin is measured,the profit margin of the four operating modes is: cooperative mode(36.090%),wholesale market model(34.910%),the mode of the third party logistics model(34.182%),company model(25.2733%).Among them,the cooperative mode of operation is the highest efficiency.When the ratio of producer to producer is measured,the wholesale market model,the third party logistics model,the cooperative model and the company model are respectively 48.892%,49.560%,53.634% and 58.470%.The highest percentage of producers of the company model,the lowest wholesale market model.From the view of the farmers,the company mode is the best mode to achieve the farmer income.4.Based on the idea of “stability”,the index system of stability evaluation of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain was constructed,The structural equation model is used to demonstrate the results that supply and demand is the key to the stable operation of Chinese herbal medicine industry chain;Price fluctuation,benefit distribution and external environment are mutually influenced.Government,banks and insurance companies risk sharing and loss sharing mechanism is not only conducive to quality assurance of Chinese herbal medicines but also contribute to the stable and orderly operation of the industrial chain. |
