Designed Based On Webgis Kunming Geological Disaster Early Warning System

Kunming is located in the east of YunGui Plateaus.the Sout-west edge of Yangzi Bed.The Geological hazard often occur by the influence of Topographical ground feature, geologic tructure, stratum rock gender, river and humanity engineering activity for years. Geological hazard strongly threaten human beings' life, wealth, safeness and have been the obstacle to the sustainable development of regional socety and economy.This thesis relies on the project of "the geological hazard zoning and prewaming system of Kunming " of scientific and technological office in Kunming, focus on applying WEBGIS to design and study the geological prewaming system of calamity, It carries on the preliminary discussion of how to set up a geological hazard prewaming information system of Kunming, which with relatively perfects function.The design methods of "the geological hazard prewaming system of Kunming " of that the article mainly research is: Through investigating the geological hazard outdoor, collecting, analysing and putting the materials of geological hazard in order, . analyse the environmental geological condition in Kunming and geological hazard characteristic, combine the information of geological hazard having data, monitoring data, environmental information of geology, project activity information, environmental information of motive force , land to utilize information etc., and send them through Inernet or other communication way to the prewarning system of geological hazard , combine with the space early warning model of geological hazard and real-time rainfall information that the weather bureau of Kunming of Doppler radar offer, carry on the early space warning of geological hazard in Kunming. And use WEBGIS to send geological hazard information through Internet. The designed geological hazard early warning system of Kunming includes five subsystems: Management information of the hazard subsystem. Inquiring and statistics subsystem, Analysis and vary the information subsystem, Hazard prewarning subsystem and Information issue subsystem.The article is mainly focuses on the space prediction of geological haza(?)d.
