Mine ventilation system is a complex, nonlinear system,especially metal underground mine ventilation system is more complicated; in order to protect life and health of miners, in order to protect the mine's normal production, we need an efficient, stable and reliable ventilation system. With the development of mining production,the ventilation system can not meet the actual situation, so it need optimization of mine ventilation system reform. After transformation, we need a comprehensive measurement and analysis about ventilation system to determine whether it reached the expected result.In consideration of the original four machine stations ventilation system in Kunming Iron and Steel Group Dahongshan Iron has serious problems such as Leakage, Circulating air cause damage, and it also conflict with the production, Kunming Metallurgy College, cooperate with Dahongshan Iron, carry out Unit of out-type transformation of ventilation system. In this paper, after the ventilation system transformation, through a comprehensive measurement and the data analysis, assessed the "unit of out of style" transformation effect; examines the main parameters of the ventilation system after transformation and the level of technical and economic indicators; get the experimental data for evaluation of the reconstruction project effect, project acceptance and security evaluation, check and acceptance on of 400 tons/year mining project completion;Found the problems of ventilation unit and the whole ventilation system, propose improvement measures, improve the ventilation system, creat ventilation condition for further up production, expand production; provide reference data for the expansion project adjacentⅢ,Ⅳore ventilation solution selection and ventilation parameters determination.Artificial neural network (ANN) has a unique function in dealing with relationship between the variable which has mutual influence, mutual restraint and has a complex and dynamic effects of cross-effect, and is used in the evaluation of various systems. Relative membership degree in fuzzy mathematical theory can more clearly reflect the quality of the relative status indicators of the mine ventilation system. Probabilistic neural network (PNN) was based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network, its training speed is fast, its struct is simple, its non-linear mapping ability is powerful and it has a good pattern classification capability.Finally, this paper construct the Fuzzy Probabilistic Neural Network (FPNN) evaluation model of mine ventilation system with the combination of relative membership degree in fuzzy mathematical theory and Probabilistic Neural Network, and evaluate the affect of the Dahongshan Iron ventilation system after the transformation.It can well reflect the effect of the unit of mine out of style transformation, indicating that this method has some reference to the evaluation of mine ventilation system.
