In the production mine, the mine ventilation system is one of important production systems and is displaying the great importance the function to maintain the mine the regular production and the safety in production. The mine internal well lane's development tunneling and the shift change of the extracting coal face layout must produce inevitably affects greatly to the mine ventilation system's operation status , often will restrict the mine safety production at the same time and also cause the mine economic and technical indexes unreasonable. Therefore, it is necessary to carry through the work of optimal modification and simulated calculation research on mine ventilation system. In some degree, this paper makes some discussing and preliminary study on the improvement question of the scheme optimizing method.First, in the foundation of synthesis elaboration about the domestic and foreign related research present situation, the author introduced the mine ventilation system optimization theory and the numerical model with emphasis and divided state the existing mine ventilation system plan optimal essential method and the good or bad points. Namely has given the model and the algorithm step in detail of multipurpose decision method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and artificial neural network method.Next, the author based on "guaranteed that safe reliable, technical feasibility, reasonable economy of the mine ventilation plan" as the premise. The author discussed the drawing up the principle, the method and the step of the production mine ventilation plan. The author also thought from "the mine pit ventilator installment running status, the well ventilated network architecture and ventilated facility quantity and the position" three aspects to inspect the plan quality more reasonable.Third, in the process of study, the writer analyzed theoretical knowledge of Rough Set and BP Neural Network, combines Rough Set's advantages with BP Neural Network's and establishes primly a practical method of optimizing mine ventilation systems. From the points considered comprehensively, such as technology, economy, and safety and so on, this paper establishes a optimizing index system of mine ventilation, which is new, comprehensive, scientific and practical. This system includes 8 aspects and 22 indexes of mine ventilation system.This article constructed already well based on the rough set - BP neural network model with the mine ventilation system's sample target combines in together, then the line became one kind to have may operate the value the mine ventilation system plan vote. Apply Matlab6.5 program software to establish procedure and carry on the training.Finally, the author carried on the analysis and the applied research by the Canzhuang gold ore ventilation system's example. Through to Canzhuang gold ore ventilation system plan's sketch with the contrastive analysis, applied the rough set- BP nerve network method to carry on to the plan optimal, and gave finally suited this ore production actual most superior system plan, thus has confirmed that the model and the mine ventilation system plan optimal method which this article constructed are feasible. Through the research, it is approved that this method has faster running speed, higher precision than simple BP Neural Network method and is able to simplify data.
