| Safety perfermence assessment is an important part of enterprise safety management,and it is also an important basis for government safety supervision and management,and it is also an important tool for improving enterprise safety managementlevel. A reasonable indicator system is key for safety performance Scientific and rational. Previous studies mainly in the determine of safety system and implement of methods to be carried out,The study of this paper are made based on the current index system, through the assessment of the research enterprise,on the basis of the implementation process of assessment data for statistical analysis of the problems identified its research and analysis, in order to. optimize and improve the index system.Based on the survey of 40 industrial enterprises in Fengtai District, we got the overall safety performance assement scores.The overall score for passing the level of assessment, the scores of safety management is higher than others,, mainly due to a mere formality enterprise safety management, and fire and explosion prevention, industrial electrical, mechanical equipment, environmental management operations out of touch. And then use SPSS software to affect the safety perfonnance assement of the factors regression analysis, the impact of enterprise safety perfonnance assement is a significant factor of safety management and operational environment. Correlation analysis obtained by the safety management and the other four show no obvious correlation between safety management out of touch with the other four tasks the conclusions. Finally, I suggest that we should increase the safety rule of law, culture, safety science and technology content to safety managemen system according to System engineering and Deming theory. To the part of workplace environment,i suggest add underground (underwater) work environment. part of The weights of evaluation indexes shoud be reassesseduse the Analytic Hierarchy Process. |
