With the economic development, food safety incidents occur frequently in domestic and foreign. Facing the serious food security situation, how to effectively control food quality and safety is actively exploring practical solutions of countries around the world. Tracking and tracing system can create jobs on the history and location in the product throughout the supply chain to help companies to effectively monitor the food production process. When food safety problems happen, it can quickly locate the link of the problem, accurately trace the root causes of the problem, find the key nodes of the food supply chain problems, immediate recall of food, to prevent the further spread of the problem foods. It is an effective way to control food production, processing, distribution in the entire chain.The Radio Frequency Identification, Internet of Things and Electronic Product Code were reviewed. The paper taking the RFID tag as the date carrier, combining the EPC code system to identify the pork uniquely based on determined the traceability information of the pork supply chain. It could realize to auto-collecting data and improve the accuracy of marking the unit. Therefore, the pork tracking and tracing system based on internet of things with RFID and EPC was designed in order to achieve the network management of pork.1. On the basis of field research on pork production and processing processes, in accordance with "Process analysis-Identify the key point-Critical control point" method, the pork production process was divided into breeding, slaughter and processing, transportation and sales link. Combine the characteristics of the pork industry chain, the HACCP principles and food safety laws and regulations, all aspects of indicators to classify screening. In order to satisfy the traceability of pork products and pork quality and safety control for two purposes, it will filter out the traceable indicators divided into two parts:the basic traceability indicators and key safety indicators.2. Adapted EPC coding standard, combined with pork production and processing processes, the segment encoding the supply chain to ensure the uniqueness of the pork code, so that each piece of pork has its own "identity". It ensured the effective recording and transmission of the various aspects of pork production and processing, provided the basis for the pork track retrospective process of information collection.3. From systems analysis, design and build the three aspects, it designed a comprehensive analysis of the structure and function of pork tracking and tracing system. The system includes a client layer, business layer and data layer. The system include aquaculture subsystem, slaughter subsystem, segmentation subsystem packaging, storage and transportation subsystem, marketing subsystem, RFID tags, subsystem, and pork for track and trace subsystem. It implemented the automatic collection of information, to ensure accurate and reliable information. Established a database of safety information, pork production is to achieve full network management.The system uses the Visio Studio2005tools for development and deployment aspects of Web application server with the Tomcat application server uses the JBoss, database systems using SQL Server2005. The system prototype constructed in the laboratory, well-run, information was passed unimpeded.
