For a long time,1,5-pentanediamine for producing nylon56is made by chemical synthesismethod. It is high cost and environmental pollution. So nylon56has never been industrialproduced before. In recent years, due to the progress of microbial technology, especially thebreakthrough of microbial fermentation technology to produce1,5-pentanediamine, whichmakes it possible to produce1,5-pentanediamine in a large scale. In this context, this paper mainly completed the following aspects of work:(1)Discussed the spinnability of a new kind of biology base material nylon56blended withordinary polyester to produce their differential-shrinkage yarn. By adjusting the Productionprocess parameters when it is spinning, we get the blended yarn successfully. Then we test theperformance of the monofilament and blended yarns.(2) This paper analyzed the test method of the differential-shrinkage combined yarns andfinally find the way. The results showed that the thermal shrinkage of POY component S1is quiteclose to that of the boiling-of shrinkage of combined yarn, while the thermal shrinkage of FDYcomponent S2can be expressed by the thermal shrinkage of combined yarn after fix length heat-setting at80℃for30min. The difference of the two components’thermal shrinkage△S=S1-S2isdefined as the differential shrinkage of combined yam.(3) Treating the monofilament of bio-nylon56and its blended yarn with polyester to see thechange of their structure and analyzes the reasons. By doing this we can provide some guidancefor the fabrics of blended yarn during the weaving, dyeing and finishing.(4) Testing the basic property of the combined yarn after dealing with different heat seatingto see its change of performance. We also analyze the fabric style tested by KES after dealing withdifferent heat seating and tension.
