As a class of important differential fibers,high shrinkage fibers have the characteristics of high shrinkage,which can be spun or blended with other low shrinkage fibers to achieve the effect of different shrinkage.The fabric made of this kind of yarn has a special style.In this paper,the preparation technology,fiber structure and properties of high shrinkage polyester filament(HSPET)are systematically studied from the angle of the regulation of the thermal shrinkage of fiber.The main contents are divided into three parts:(1)melt spinning with chemically modified high shrinkage polyester chip as spinning material by setting different Lawin.At last,three series of 13 kinds of polyester filament with different high shrinkage rates were spun,and the structure and properties of the fibers were studied.The relationship between the fiber structure,the performance change and the spinning process was analyzed in order to realize the effect of the fiber shrinkage rate from the spinning process..(2)heat treatment of spun HSPET filament by tension free relaxation heat treatment and fixed length tension heat treatment.The structure(crystallization and orientation)and properties of fibers under different heat treatment conditions were tested respectively,and the effects of heat treatment conditions on the structure and properties of fiber were analyzed,which was a high shrinkage polyester filament.It provides the basis for the two regulation of structural properties,and provides a theoretical basis for subsequent yarn processing and fabric heat treatment.(3)according to the structure and performance characteristics of the high shrinkage polyester filament,four different styles of fabrics are designed through the fabric,the coordination of warp and weft yarns and the collocation of line density,which can provide reference for the development of high shrinkage polyester fabric.The main conclusions obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)the fiber structure is changed by chemical method,which makes the fiber performance change,which makes the inner amorphous region increase,which leads to the difficulty in the crystallization of the ordinary polyester chip.Therefore,the low crystallinity and high orientation fiber is easily formed during the spinning process,and the shrinkage rate is increased;HSPET filament has the mechanical properties of low strength and high extension,which is related to its special internal structure.When the setting temperature and tensile ratio are constant,the lower the tensile temperature,the higher the shrinkage of the fiber.When the tensile and tensile times are constant,the changing range of the setting temperature is within 20 degrees C,and the tensile temperature is not obvious.When the temperature is constant and the temperature is constant,the effect of drawing ratio on the properties of the fibers is relatively large,but the trend is more complicated,and there is no obvious rule.(2)under the tension-free relaxation heat treatment,the fiber becomes thicker,the elongation increases,the strength and modulus decrease greatly,the shrinkage rate increases,the crystallinity increases,the crystal orientation changes not obviously,the degree of the large molecules in the amorphous region decreases along the axial display,and the fiber fineness has no obvious change and elongation under the fixed length tension heat treatment.The intensity and modulus decrease,the shrinkage of dry heat becomes smaller,the crystallinity increases,and the orientation degree of crystal area is not obvious,and the degree of large molecules in the amorphous region tends to decrease along the degree of axial display.(3)when the HSPET filament is used in the fabric design,we should pay attention to the heat shrinkage of the fiber when setting up the machine parameters,so the parameter design should consider its shrinkage,and the fabric after finishing should refer to the related fabric after finishing,so as to achieve the ideal fabric effect.
