Coal mine fully mechanized caving coal face is a complicatedhuman-machine-environment system.Due to people’s physical, psychological andfaults of behavior characteristics,the design defect of the machine itself and thehidden trouble of the operation,As well as the severity of the operating environmentand the uncertainty of the geological conditions,These factors are the principal factorof causing accidents and affecting production efficiency.By optimizing human,machines, environmental three system elements,from the perspective of systemmatching and coordination,studing to make the operating state of fully mechanizedcaving coal face attain optimum of safety goal,is a important way to achieve safelyand efficiently exploitation of coal mine.On the basis of human-machine-environment system engineering, safetypsychology and human-computer ergonomics theory research,Analyzed componentabout the three system of Coal mine fully mechanized caving coal face ishuman,machine and environment, Finally selected the nine personnel related index,six machine related index and seven environment related indicators of impactingworking face safe and efficient mining. From the perspective of synergetics theory,the coupling theory and entropy theory analyzed the systematic characteristics offull-mechanized caving mining face, and illustrated the system compatibility offull-mechanized caving mining face refers to the dynamic relations of work face,machine and environment mutual cooperation,coordinating and promoting betweenthe three systems, so as to achieve safely and efficiently working face mining throughthe system integrated.According to the capacity coupling model and systemcoordination degree in physics concept, introduced the human-machine-environment system model of compatibility degree, analyses the evaluation of degreeof compatibility to a mine of shanxi b3coal face according to the model, andaccording to the evaluation results from the aspects of personnel, machinery,equipment, environment put forward technology and management measures.Finally,the paper verify the improvement of the compatibility in favor of the safetyand efficiency of the working face production.
