Along with the continuous progress of the level of domestic oil refining technology, improve the requirements of environmental protection, the future of China's refining industry hydrogenation process will have great room for development, so oil chemical enterprises of hydrogen plant construction and expansion demand will have big development. The future is still the basic process of hydrogen production of refinery hydrogen production choice hydrocarbon steam conversion.The water/carbon ratio control, pressure swing adsorption and conversion furnace combustion are important parts in the process of hydrogen production unit. Therefore, the high level of automatic control can realize the continuity and stability of the process parameters in the process of hydrogen production. There is still a gap in the hydrogen production and foreign comprehensive level in China, and the comprehensive energy consumption of hydrogen is also high. The main reasons:the equipment quality is not clearance, the instrument control level is not high, the operation is difficult experience, hydrogen production device due to raw material composition fluctuations often make water carbon ratio is not allowed, PSA adsorption time is difficult to determine; but in fact many of the safety interlocking logic program design is not reasonable to open parking more hydrogen energy consumption.On the basis of deep research and analysis of steam reforming hydrogen production process, the control system of hydrogen production unit is designed, which includes variable pressure adsorption, water/carbon ratio control, steam drum liquid level three impulse control system, temperature control and safety protection. PID control system is used to achieve the ideal control effect. In the detection of the main control parameters, measurement of water, steam, wind and other public energy, and emergency parking safety interlocking related to temperature, pressure, flow, liquid level and so on according to the operating conditions and process data, the right choice of domestic and foreign mature technology. Aiming at the water/carbon ratio control instability, an increase of imported online analysis instrument, precise measurement of the mixed feed gas composition and accurate analysis carbon content, in order to accurately control the quantity of water carbon ratio and combustion of gas control and achieve remarkable energy saving effect. By adjusting the way of pressure swing adsorption part of the adsorption time, CETA program optimization improves the product purity and recovery.Finally, according to the actual situation of production, combined with the production needs of the system to optimize the improvement, the use of I/A system and TRICON system to achieve the automation of hydrogen production device control and safety protection. Through the energy consumption data collection and comparison of the optimized running device, the device achieves the ultimate goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
