The Application Research Of The Distributed Network Monitoring In Drilling Rig

This paper aimed at the existed problems in the drilling monitoring, such as cumbersome of circuit connect, fuzzy of video monitoring, the large reduction of signal transmission, bigger of time delay etc, we put forward a new research application method--the distributed of network control.The paper mainly focuses on the selection and installation of the hardware, the using of Explosion proof device, the establishment of the, the analysis of system and a series of commissioning before the application under this way, we were studied. The hardware select that we create a condition for the establishment of network transmission platform. The explosion protection device that ensure the operation of monitoring equipment drilling rig in a health and safety environment. The establishment of the network transmission platform laid the foundation of us to realize the real time of the signal transmission, the definition of the video signal and the reduction of the attenuation. The process of the debug provides us with the security, that on site installation would work in a safety and health environment. Inspecting our new system overall in the laboratory condition, if the answer meet the requirements we could apply to the scene directly. The analysis of our system from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative, about the analysis we can further determine the feasibility of the method and the site provided protection installation. Last but not least is the field install of complete set of equipment, we complete application of distributed network monitoring in drilling rig as we mentioned above, the hardware selection and the debugging process.The successful application of distributed network control in drilling rig for drilling monitoring laid the foundation for the overall implementation of intelligent network management.
