As a kind of inorganic structural adhesive with a sample preparation techniques and construction techniques, aluminum-chromium-phosphate(ACP) is a binder with high bonding strength, thermostabilit property and it is easy to be used. it was widely used in areas like Machinery manufacturing and maintenance, metal splice, glass splice and cream splice, and it can be use both at high temperature and low temperature. in this paper, we enlarge its, production capacity by through the pilot plant test. ACP was easy to absorb water vapor and its’ Brittleness is larger, in order to overcome these back ages,MPPR was used to prepare, modified and curing the ACP.The Moisture absorption rate、weight loss ratio、viscosity、p H and STS was tested at first, to optimize the synthesis condition of the ACP pilot tests.the best reaction temperature, time and reaction wt radio was confirmed. the IR results showed that the ACP was the same with those generated in lab.then the optimum conditions to prepare ACP with Cu O as curing agent was discussed. based on the results of STS tests, the Cu O particles size and addition amount was confirmed. the curing time、curing temperature、phase transformation at high temperature 、 the curing property and heat-resistant quality were confirmed by TG-DSC、IR、SEM、XRD.The binder MPPR-ACP was generated by adding MPPR into ACP at last.at first, modified and emulsify the MPPR by adding OP-10 as coupling agent and emulgator, and blend with ACP to prepare MPPR-ACP binder. the SEM tests showed that the new binder obtained a optimum bonding strength after curing. the best addition amount of dibutyltindilaurate as curing agent to set MPPR-ACP; the curing time 、 curing temperature 、 morphology at high temperature and heat-resistant quality was analyzed by TG-DSC、IR、SEM.
