Therefore, this article launches the analysis and Research on design of solid wood automatic processing machine tool.This paper explained the purpose and significance of research projects, research on the technology of comprehensive comparison of domestic and foreign wood processing machine, in the consult massive literature foundation, the use of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing technology(CAD/CAM), Virtual Manufacturing technology(VM) and Computer Aid Engineering(CAE) and other modern design and manufacturing technology, the design of longitudinal profile of birch wood eye, milling machine slot and bore flexible automation, mainly used in furniture process on the birch eye, drilling and milling groove. The main work of the thesis includes:(1)Comparing with the requirements of the design method and process specific of domestic and foreign wood automatic processing machine, determining the main technical parameters of the machine and the overall layout: the machine tool structure scheme of a font, determination of main transmission way and layout; frame structure using square hollow type steel combined welded machine frame structure design automation, to detail and accurate calculated,completing the design and check of the main function and other components of wood automatic processing machine tool feed system, wood the machine each processing system, the feeding system.(2)Adopts the mechanical structure of the wood automatic machine Solid Works software for 3D modeling, and through the virtual assembly simulation, establish the solid wood automatic processing machine tool of virtual prototype, as the late to lay the foundation of static analysis, modal analysis of wood automatic processing machine tool.(3)Using the finite element method to analysis the structure performance of solid wood automatic machine key components, using ANSYS finite element analysis software procesing model before and after the handle, the simulation model of boundary conditions, loading conditions,combined with the ANSYS solver, complete the static analysis and modal analysis of solid wood automatic machine key components.Then analysis the stress, deformation data, natural frequency and vibration shape of the wood automatic processing machine frame, bed and other components.Solid wood material birch eye, slot milling and drilling flexible automatic machine to improve efficiency, ensure the machining quality of solid wood processing, reduce the cost of wood processing.
