In the production of a mining company, the ore needs to be broken the second time after blasting. Giant Hydraulic Ltd in order to meet the needs of this mining company specifically design Track-sliding Hydraulic Crusher. The working environment is very bad,So the design and manufacture of mechanical parts is the key to the success of the development. With the rapid development of computers, CAE software for the rational design of complex structure provides an effective and practical calculation method of analysis. Engineers are able to analyze special mechanics of each member and shorten the development cycle and cost savings.The subject apply CAE technology to do kinematics analysis, statics analysis, modal analysis and dynamics analysis of Track-sliding Hydraulic Crusher and the main work is as follows:(1)Use SolidWorks2010 to complete Track-sliding Hydraulic Crusher three-dimensional model.(2)The three-dimensional model is imported into ADAMS to do kinematic analysis of Track-sliding Hydraulic Crusher. Simultaneously compare with special conditions limit position by using matrix method. The error of the two kind of result is in reasonable range.So the two methods are correct.(3)Use a professional finite element pre-processing software HyperMesh to establish Track-sliding Hydraulic Crusher finite element model. Use Nastran to do crushing static analysis in the extreme conditions of maximum radius, the maximum height of crushing and crushing maximum depth of Track-sliding Hydraulic Crusher. The stress and deformation of the whole machine and the parts are obtained. And the maximum position of stress and deformation are obtained.(4)Use Nastran for Track-sliding Hydraulic Crusher to do crushing maximum modal analysis in extreme conditions of radius, the maximum height of crushing, crushing maximum depth of Track-sliding Hydraulic Crusher to determine the natural frequency of the machine.In some frequency, the whole machine has obvious bending deformation. In the actual work we should avoid resonance and reduce the occurrence of this phenomenon.(5)Use ADAMS to track mobile type hydraulic crusher in the rigid flexible coupling dynamics analysis and study different starting and braking acceleration caused by the inertial impact effect on the rotary seat. The influence of the inertia impact on the rotating seat is slightly larger than that of the brake.In short, this article provides a theoretical basis for the design of improved rail mobile hydraulic crusher by analyzing and researching rail mobile hydraulic crusher CAE simulation.
