| Tailing pond is one of the main production facilities of domestic mining enterprises, at the same time in terms of resources and environmental protection has played a crucial role. But due to the tailings environmental accidents caused great harm has become the most dangerous source in the mine enterprises should not be ignored. Therefore, the work to carry out tailings environmental risk assessment is urgency, Can not only provide a theoretical support for the prediction prevention of environmental accidents, rational use of evaluation results can also reduce the severity of accidents of tailings in a certain extent.In this paper, the author analyzed and extracted 23 main evaluation indexes of tailings environmental risk, constructed the index system of comprehensive assessment of tailings environmental risk, determined the weight of each index using fuzzy AHP method, combined with tailings Caizigou tailing pond as the actual case, evaluated the environmental risk of Caizigou tailing pond with the comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results for the real risk coefficient of Caizigou tailing pond is 0.123, belongs to a slight and acceptable level of risk that is the general risk according to the tailings environmental risk classification, illustrated the reality in the Caizigou tailing pond are relatively safe. We proposed to strengthen the tailings environmental risk management and control measures from three starting points for the government, enterprises and residents. |
