| In order to enhance the understanding of the urbanization process and environmental pollution, we Using weather observation data of Baotou city weather stations, combined with Landsat 5 and Landsat 8 satellite data, based on the analysis between the Temperature inversion and the change of the land use, the urbanization and the environmental pollution were analyzed, the main conclusions are as follows:(1)In 2000-2013, Urban and industrial land area land area showed an upward trend. The growth rate of industrial land which reached a maximum of 28%. Based on the Temperature inversion, urban heat island effect increased year by year, the urbanization process is accelerating.(2) With urbanization, the city continues to expand, from the city center to the suburbs, with increasing radius from the city, the gas concentrations in the atmosphere pollution from the city center to the suburbs showing a decreasing trend, indicating the extent of urban development and urban ecological environment into inversely, that is farther away from the city, the ecological environment, the better.(3) Urbanization structure and better coordination of environmental quality, during 2000 to 2013, the coordination of the overall rise, but wavy change.2010 to 2013 was the most significant change in the coordination of the period, which shows that after 13 years of development and adjustment, there are significant structural coordination between urbanization and environmental quality of Baotou. |
