| Heavy metal pollution is one of the major pollutions in soil pollution. Through wraping the polluted soil with solid or liquid pulvis, the harmful effects of the polluted soil could be effective ly prevented. In order to improve the effiency and automation of soil solidification and stabilizati on, an ex-situsoil remediation equipment should be developed. Currently, the research of this kin d of equipments has just started out, key technologies like soil high speed breakup, mixing up an d automatic medicine adding is also at the stage of exploration. Based on such background, the d esign and analysize of key parts and the feeding controling strategy of the soil remediation equip ment is studied in this paper, and following is the major work of this paper:(1)According to processing flow and foreign soil remediation equipment, modular thinking was proposed, the overall program appropriate was designed and planned, the peeling and rotary hammer device, the stirring and transferring part, discharging & feeding conveyer belt, the part into the bin, the dosing bin were designed respectively.(2) The roller hammer and double screw conveyor structure are the key components of ectopic soil remediation equipment, we use three-dimensional modeling software to build a finite element model of the roller hammer and stirring and transferring part, determine the boundary conditions for finite element analysis. The load, stress and deformation of the roller hammer and the double screw conveyor structure has been analyzed and studied with finite element software, modal analysis used to roller hammer, which obtain that the stress and deformation of roller hammer and double screw conveyor structure was within safe limits, and roller hammer will not resonate. We found weaknesses in their work, to provide design basis for enhancing the strength of the weak parts.(3)According to the equipment’s requirements of the soil transport, using "xindai controllers" to developed feeding control module, the controlling strategy of the rotate speed and torque of the driving motor of different parts of the feeding mechanism has been designed and analyzed. The measuring equipment of the conveyed soil together with the automatic medicine adding and mixing module has been designed and developed. The increment PID control algorithm is adopted in this paper to design and simulate the medicine mixture ratio.Through experiments and simulation analysis, it verified the feeding function modules to meet the ectopic requirements of contaminated soil remediation, statics and dynamics characteristics of key components met the reliability and security requirements of equipment, control strategy of feeding, dosing and mixing is reasonable, which achieved the desired target device development. |
