With the development of industry,the demand for sheet metal also corresponding increased a lot,which requires sheet metal processing machinery equipment to adapt to the times development,Plate shearing machine is widely used in metal plate processing.The improve of the accuracy and the increase of demand for products need a better equipment,the design which is hydraulic gate type cutting machine can realize the automatic production ensure the production efficiency and the processing precision.This equipment includes feeding part,plate cutting part,hydraulic system and electric control system.In order to ensure the strength of each part,the most connection of the mechanical is equipment is welding and bolt connection.In the process of design,hydraulic system is used in many places.Both the power of the pressing device and the upper blade come from hydraulic system.The structure of the cutting board is mainly composed of the left and right bracket,the upper knife rest,the upper blade,the guide device,the lower knife rest and the press system.The feeding part mainly includes the supporting frame,the linear guide,the slide,the ball screw,the servo motor and the pneumatic clamping device.First of all,masting the basic composition,performance parameters and the components between connections through the analysis of hydraulic gate type shearing machine structure and working principle.Finally,the parameters model is established by the CAD,UG and SOLIDWORKS.Secondly,the finite element analysis is carried out on the important structure of the equipment.The 3D model of the plate shearing machine is transferred to the finite element analysis software.Stiffness and strength analysis of the plate shearing machine are analyzed.By examining the value of the key parts of the stress value to determine whether the material meets the strength requirements and the safety factor is enough.Finally,masting certain knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic theory by consulting related documents,and then calculate according to the design requirements.For hydraulic system and pneumatic system.Accurate theoretical calculation is necessary,because it can ensure that the system must have enough power,can also select reasonable hydraulic pneumatic components according to the calculation and decrease the cost.Reference calculation results,drawing a reasonable schematic.The design of the whole equipment includes two dimensional drawings,three-dimensional solid drawing and complete hydraulic system schematic diagram and electrical system diagram.The key parts of the equipment are analyzed by the finite element analysis software to ensure the strength,and the hydraulic components are selected according to the results of the accurate calculation.The electrical control line is designed reference hydraulic schematic diagram and pneumatic diagram.
