The chemical industry penetrates all aspects of the national economy and becomes an indispensable part of economic development.The sustainable development of the chemical industry has important practical significance for human economic and social development.With the development of the chemical industry,chemical storage projects came into being to store a large number of chemical industrial products.However,because of the special nature of chemical products,the chemical storage industry is complex in construction,environmental factors are numerous and affect the public,and its environmental impact.Evaluation needs to be valued and further improved.However,research on the environmental impact of chemical storage projects has been relatively fragmented so far.Domestic and foreign research on the index system of environmental impact assessment of chemical storage projects is one-sided,and almost no single index system can accurately and comprehensively describe chemical storage projects.In the case of environmental impact levels,the past environmental impact assessment index system has been applied to such projects.There are many blindnesses,and an index system that is fully applicable to the environmental impact assessment of chemical storage projects is urgently needed.This study summarizes the current status of environmental impact assessment for construction projects at home and abroad,and conducts a detailed analysis of the current environmental impact of chemical storage projects.Refer to the various methods and guidelines for environmental impact assessment of chemical storage projects at home and abroad.Standards,combined with the actualities of chemical storage projects and the purpose of research projects,divide the environmental impact assessment process into engineering analysis,risk analysis,and natural environmental impact analysis to conduct subdivision index analysis and evaluation,and establish the indicators for chemical storage construction projects based on this.The system adopts the Delphi method to determine index weights,selects the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with strong applicability to the chemical storage project,and determines the qualitative indicators through the expert scoring method,determines the quantitative indicators through the principle of maximum membership,and applies fuzzy synthesis.The evaluation method makes a scientific evaluation of the index system of chemical storage projects and obtains the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.At the same time,in order to verify the feasibility of the environmental impact assessment method proposed in this paper for the chemical storage project,a case analysis and application of a chemical storage project in Xiangbei,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation effect is good,can be applied to the environmental impact assessment of chemical storage project.The research results can provide useful help and certain reference for the environmental impact assessment of chemical storage construction projects,and provide the decision basis for the government to formulate the chemical storage project planning and the environmental management of chemical storage projects.
