Research On The Issue Of Government Regulatory In The Disposal Of City Life Garbage

At present,China is committed to building a socialist ecological civilization,and the construction of ecological society needs a clean and tidy urban environment,a clean and comfortable city environment is conducive to promote the continuous development and progress of the city,the dispose of city life garbage plays a very important role in protecting city environment,improper living garbage disposal will result in serious environmental pollution,hinder the city to develop.From the documentary named JUNK SIEGE which reveals a lot of cites are surrounded by a huge amount of garbage,the improper behavior of disposing garbage is doing great harm to the city environment.The government plays an important regulatory role in disposing the city life garbage.Disposal of city life garbage has public welfare characteristic,which decides that only to improve the efficiency of disposing garbage,we can improve the predicament of junk siege.So we do the research on issue of government regulatory in the disposal of city life garbage has practical significance.This paper starts with the relevant cases of municipal solid waste disposal,through empirical analysis,points out the problems of urban garbage disposal,to tease out problems of the government regulatory in city life garbage disposal,such as the relevant laws and regulations are not well perfect,responsibilities of the regulation subject are not clear,the supervision method of government is single,the government supervision is in the form,and so on.According to the above questions,we analyze reason from two aspects,the main one is the government,the other one is urban residents,to put forward corresponding countermeasures,for example: establishing the perfect surveillance laws and regulation;clarifying the responsibility of the supervising subject;enriching the supervising method;and so on.Through the discussion of the countermeasure,in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the government regulatory,to make city life garbage get disposal in time,to create a good city environment,to improve the happiness of the urban residents in their daily life.
