Production safety is accompanied by economic activity. With the development of the national economic, the economy is maintaining rapid and stable development. But production safety situation is quite serious. Production safety accidents occur frequently. The emergency management of production safety accidents is gradually becoming the focus of social attention. As a big economic province, the number of Production safety accident of Shandong province is always big. Especially since 2013, serious accidents occurred in succession. The accidents damage the life and property security, affect the stable operation of the production, and restricted the economic and social development seriously.The present paper that based on the background condition above,introduced in this article the subject’s reason and significance of this thesis research status at home and abroad, described the different responsibility of the government and company,and put forward the concept of emergency management. Then the paper introduces the basic situation of safety production in Shandong province. And it find out the problems in production safety accidents emergency management and provide operational and valuable countermeasures in order to induce loss of production safety accidents through analyzing the production safety accidents of shandong province in recent years. Purpose is to find out the gap and provide the basis for future work..The present paper puts forward the proposals and measures about enhancing the level of production safety accidents emergency management basing on the analysis of the mechanism construction of production safety accident emergency management of Shandong province. Hope for providing some reference and broadening our minds. In order to reduce the number of accidents, maintain a stable and orderly social order, and promote the construction of socialist well-off society.At last, the present paper come to the conclusion, there is three reasons that limited the level of production safety accident emergency management of Shandong province.. Firstly, government existing in work safety in production of dislocation, offside and does not reach the designated position. Secondly, local economic and safety production can’t coordinated development. Thirdly, production safety laws and regulations is not perfect. The paper purpose is to provide practical and feasible countermeasures for production safety accidents emergency management of Shangdong province, and reduce the loss of accidents.This paper is divided into four parts:The introduction part mainly introduced in this article the subject’s reason and significance of this thesis research status at home and abroad, this thesis research ideas and methods.The second part mainly relates to the basic concepts and theories, including the responsibility for safety in production, the concept of emergency management and production safety emergency management, and the reasons of accidents.The third part mainly introduces the basic situation of safety production and analyzes the problems of the three stages of the emergency management including emergency preparation, emergency disposal and emergency recover, in combination with the production safety accidents of shandong province in recent years.The fourth part mainly introduces the mechanism construction of production safety accident emergency management in Shandong province. And puts forward the proposals and measures about enhancing the level of production safety accidents emergency management.
