Status Quo And Counterplan Study On Garbage Classification And Municipal Waste Management Of Reclamation In China

With the increasing development of our country economic society, and people’s living standards improving, the resulting garbage problem is also growing. Especially in China’s high-speed industrialization and urbanization has brought the rapid growth of municipal waste, make China become the world’s one of the most serious countries in garbage troubles. Garbage problem has become a negative problem hindering the development of the social harmony. Set up garbage recycling system, therefore, well implement garbage classification collection and processing, effectively deal with waste, reduce the waste on the environment pollution and destruction, increase recyclable resources, realize the sustainable development of ecology and economy is the important topic which the current government.Garbage recycling system, is to the living garbage classification, which can be recycled, renewable resources sorting out, reprocessing and utilization of a processing system, based on the classification of recycle and reuse, recycling, special treatment of garbage, waste reduction, recycling and harmless. These renewable resources include waste paper, plastic, glass, metal, and cloth. According to conservative estimates, China discarded recyclable garbage value in 30 billion CHY. Garbage recycling can not only reduce waste pollution to the ecological environment, more important is can make the repeated use of resources through the recycling system; Renewable resources enterprise can through to the garbage recycling can both achieve economic benefit and ecological benefit; For urban scavengers, garbage recycling system to establish and running can increase employment opportunities, reduce unemployment, improve the level of income. Now, the garbage recycling has become an inevitable trend of global development.The author took half a year, depth interviewed 156 people in Beijing, Shanghai& Guangzhou, coverage from the whole participants of garbage sorting process industry. By visiting and study of the existing research reports, the author gained a basic understanding of the market situation and goal of municipal waste classification, understood the regulatory environment in waste classification and target cities in China market, understood the commercial architecture in trash classification, and cleared the role of various stakeholders in the value chain and the mechanism. Thus, the author has his own opinions for the government to implement effective policy management, in order to promote the development of garbage classification in China market, for more enterprises and NGOs work into the target of the city garbage sorting and recycling market.
