The Ecology Ethics Study Of An Ze County

As over thirty years’ continuous development since the reform andopenisig up，the market economic system constantly improved andChina，s social development has achieved great advancement. Fromthe previous closed economy today, China’s GDP is 『anked thesecond in the world. Meanwhile, China’s resources have been wastedseriously and even excessively used. As a result, environmental issuebecomes an increasingly serious problem that has to be solved nowBHowever, because of the special relation between economacdevelopment and ecoiogicai environment, especiaBiy under theinfluence of "only GPD", the local government has inescapabieresponsibilities in?nvironme打taB protection. Therefore, for theecological problem, the local government has an irreplaceable role inthe planning of economic development and environmental protection，as it undertakes the primary responsibility in@rBvironm@nfalprotection. Sn the dilemma between economic development and?nvironrnental protection, many9oca9governments are trapped iridifficulties. On the one hand, the9ocal government has to beresponsibie for ail local affairs and the long-term development，whilethis can’t be separated with the economic support. On the other hand，because of the particularity of local governments, those localgovemments tend to pursue for short-term benefits. Overall, thecontradiction between the Bong-term interests and short-term contradiction between the long-term interests and short-terminterests is prominent for local governments. Based on whatmentioned above, the author studied the ecological issue of AnzeCounty in Linfen. Firstly, from the perspective of the reality andrelevant theories, the author analyzed the scientificity of ecologicalconstruction in Anze and inspirations it has for the ecologicaldevelopment and governmental responsibilities. Secondly, as theparty and national leaders have drawn much more attention toecological issues, the author analyzed the China’s ecopolicydevelopment in over thirty years and thought the ultimate goal of theecological government is to keep a harmonious relationship betweenhuman and the nature. Lastly, by analyzing the advantages anddisadvantages of Anze at present, the author tried to propose somestrategic suggestions for the further development based on existingproblems.
