Chinese society is undergoing rapid development, people work fast-paced, high-intensity and pressure, so as daily life. In this context, that improving health especially improve physical fitness through physical activity is an effective way to keep fit. With technology which contains network technology, embedded technology and sensor technology developed, and the growing rise of the Internet of Things craze, Sporting fitness digital, networked and intelligent has become the current research focus.Sporting networks, digitization and intelligence is not high at present, which leading to blind random exercise, exercise ineffective, sports injuries and other issues.With the help of highly developed technology in wireless communications, embedded technology, image processing, networking technology and android program development,we design and implementation of a set of networked digital fitness gym system. Reference to the relevant technology to complete hardware and software system design and take test, the results show that the system in-house gym scenarios, enabling access to a large number of devices to monitor the operation of the equipment and fitness data upload, in the relevant the user is authenticated by the situation, providing data query, device management and other services.The main content and innovation of this system are as below:1. A three-tier structure based on a network of things exercise system is designed, set up the framework for the system, and a detailed functional design of the perception layer completed.2. Perception layer of related equipment were calculated and selected, select FIT AP + AC as wifi implement programs to build an access device; select Lenovo N308 as a basis hardware platform for hardware systems integration, Prepare app for Center machine to realize the three basic functions: device management, personnel management and data management of. Design a smart fitness app for supine board, some features including authentication, the number of statistics, frequency analysis and trajectory display.3. Designed smart data transfer unit based TY-DM6446-2000 video development board, send and receive health data, Based on it,under human motion analysis with image processing a safety warning system is designed, and image pre-processing and motion detection algorithm and fall-down detection is researched and realized,Then, improved median filtering and motion detection algorithm based on Fourier transform that effectively solve the interference of background change and noise disturbance are proposed, and realized the algorithm in dm6446 platform...
