With the guidance of energy saving and emission reduction, exploration materials of special characteristics in shape and property to replace the common materials, widely used in modern society, This has been one development of scientific research. Microporous heat exchange pipe will be buried in wall or ground of building. Combined with heat pump system it can form a new heating system for building. High-pressure medium will flow through the circular micro-tube to exchange heat with concrete. Core steel pipe will improve service performance with using low cost method, this reaches the target of save material. This paper will carry out research based on two kinds of special pipe’s forming process, the main work progresses are as following:1) According to the application condition of pipe we need to decide the material quality, and according to the product requirement specification to decide the specification and dimension tolerance of the raw material.2)To design the requirement roll pass according to the product requirement specification the requirement of pass designing、empirical formula. The design idea:to decide the molding angle according to the deformation degree of rolled piece, and to decide the each roll pass according to the deformation features of cold roll process, the constant length of neutral plane3) With the method of mathematics calculation to calculate the saving efficiency of the new special pipe, this will broadside verify the applicability and necessity of the designing and production.4) Doing forming experiments of special pipe by using the designing passes, according to the experimental conditions, discovering and improving the experiment scheme to roll the required special pipe.5) In order to make the pipe meet the requirement of practice, we should do some mechanical properties tests. The contents of tests are as following:compression bending, flatten experiment、three-point bending and so on.6) With the method of finite element simulation, we will do numerical simulation the rolling process and mechanical properties tests to get the curve of draught pressure in the rolling process and the distribution of von mises stress of the rolled piece and so on, and t we can optimize and improve the experimental scheme.
