This article firstly introduces the structure, the combustion, working principle of the pusher-type heating furnace, and the problems which exist in production workshop such as high energy consumption and low efficiency. Aims at the problem which reflected by actual production data in workshop, by using of the company and school laboratory facilities, to simulate,contrast experimentssoptimize and improve, through repeated research and practical application of constant summary and induction, put forward to improve the utilization ratio of heat eventually technical solution, ultimately better applicate in the production, service, direct production,cost savings for the company to improve the efficiency,enhance market competitiveness.With the development of the heating furnace technology, development of regenerative combustion technology is rapid, become a furnace energy saving technology development of inevitable direction. So-called regenerative heating furnace is empty, all gas preheating, preheat temperature can reach 1000℃ or so, not only improve the fuel efficiency, but also changed the combustion furnace burner structure, and other conventional measures of energy saving technology with domestic 20 years of development, but instead of related control technology development was very slow, so for regenerative heating furnace control technology research in the condition of the heating furnace technology is a larger increase.Research on regenerative heating furnace combustion control system.with necessasy technical improvement,online intellgent control with computer, automatic adjustment of parameters, to realise purpose of billet surface temperature control, in order to rdeuce energy consumption, the purpose of creating more economic benefit.This article study on the furnace structure and pusher-type reheating furnace combustion theory research and the elaboration,actual workshop production data, choose appropriate project,optimize heating furnace thermal regulation, reduce billet burn out rate and product cost, at last realize aim of energy saving and gain more benefit. Determine complete solution.
