Study On Post Standard Assessment Of Safety Production

At present, the existing national, industry and local standards have reached a total number of hundred thousand items, covering three major industries and social programs in various fields in China. The implementation of standard assessment and its effects on the revision of existing standards is of great significance; guaranteeing healthy development of economy and society. Therefore, this thesis is aiming to explore suitable scientific and technical methods for post standard assessment.This project has researched the procedures and methods of post legislation evaluation from all over the world, and used the evaluation connotation, function and the methods on post standard assessment. Based on an Analysis Hierarchy Process, this thesis employs a comprehensive assessment method combining quantitative and qualitative phrases, making the existing standard, General Specification For Standardization Of Dangerous Chemicals Business Safety, its main research for post standard assessment. By doing research on new methods for post standard assessment, and with help of major relevant enterprises in Shanxi Province as survey objects, this thesis will reach a convincing conclusion.According to the trial results of the General Specification For Standardization Of Hazardous Chemicals Business Safety in Shanxi Province, we have found excellent performance in some aspects problems in others, particularly with regard to technical quality standards. Assessment results will be very beneficial to later revisions of the present standardization, which proves the applicability and validity of the evaluation methods of this subject, which exemplifies the post standard assessment.In general, this comprehensive evaluation system is characterized as systematic, normalized and effective. It will be able to provide targeted revision and improvement of present standardization after the implementation phase. Through careful revision and perfection, it can be further solidified, becoming generalized methods for similar standards of evaluation.
