With the increasing development of social economy, the demand of energy to all industrys is continuously increasing, which promotes the development of the mining industry. Under the continuous development of mining industry, all kinds of mine machine arise at this moment. The demand of tunnel blasting machine is also increasing accordingly. The working device of Tunnel blasting machine is the main part of his machine, so it is nessary to study the working device.Based on understanding the situation of tunnel blasting machine at our country and abroad and refercing the similar type of models,we analyze the structure of the working device. From the analysis of the working resistance and the dangerous condition,we can determine sress of ervery conditions of the working device. This analysis result provides the theory basis for dynamic analysis of the working device.Solidworks is used to establish the working device model of tunnel blasting machine. Put the model into ADAMS and establish virtual prototype model of the work mechanism of the tunnel blasting machine. The kinematics simulation of working device was carried out by the software of ADAMS, which is used to analyzes the scope of work. Dynamics simulation of working device is used to analysis the force situation of the hinge point and every cylinder on every working condition. The kinematics analysis results determines the scope of the work unit,the oil cylinder selection is reasonable and the dangerous situation of the large arm, the bucket rod, the sliding arm and the hammer.Statics analysis module of ANSYS is used to study the dangerous condition of dynamic. This study is to analysis the stress and strain of working device in the dangious situation. Modal analysis was carried out on the hammer, which is to analysis natural frequency and the vibration mode of each order frequency under the free modal. This result of modal analysis can give a certainly referce to the choice of work frequency and the structure of the hammer.
