Research On The Ecological Civilizition’s Synthetic Evaluation And Application Of The Regional

In the resistant increase of global population and the increasing growth of social economy, The regional ecological civilization issue based on the ecological environment and socio-economy become more and more prominent, also seriously effects the development of sustainability in ecological environment and in social economy. Ecological civilization in region gradually become a hot discussion and one of the scientific frontiers on research in the side of global environment changes and how to gain sustainable progress. In the growth of social economy, the connotation of ecological civilization not only be applied in the scope of ecological environment, human security, environmental pollution and other side, but also widly used in the other field. There includes four parts about regional ecological civilization in the dissertation.First, the paper systematically and clearly gives the connotation, the background and the significance of the regional ecological civilization research, analyzed the research status in China and in abroad, and summarized the scholar’s different views and different researching method on regional ecological civilization. An overall and systematic comment of the regional ecological civilization research status are also made.Secondly, the paper gives the principle of synthetic evaluation indicator system of ecological civilization based on the defining concept of ecological civilization inregion. In the consideration of the principles, a synthetic evaluating system in regional ecological civilization just for the special area is established. The evaluating system is made of two level-I indicators, which respectively refers to the ecological environment indicators and social economy development indicators. Every level-I indicator has three level-II indicators. And there are a lot of level-III indicators respectively in every level-II indicator.Thirdly, different methods are adopted to insure the weight of different level indicators by their different characteristics. The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and entropy method are respectively used to insure the weight of different level indicators. The statistics of level-III indicators are from the objective environment. It can effectively reduce human factors’ subjectivity of the research and apparently promote the accuracy. The results of the weight also offer based statisics for the Canonical Correlation Analysis of next context writing.Fourthly, by using component analysis mehod, the paper measures the influence of every indicator quantitatively and gain the comprehensive score from the two influence factors of the regional ecological civilization between the last ten years, and also gain the overall developing trend of the regional ecological civilization. In the use of the Canonical Correlation Analysis, the correlation between the indicators of ecological environment and socio-economy of regional ecological civilization in Hei Bei province are analyzed, it defines every level-II indicator’s influence degree.Lastly, according to the overall evaluated results from ecological civilization in Hei Bei province, some existing problems are pointed out from different side of ecology resource, population, environment pollution, economy, society, disaster prevention and other side, the correspond suggestions and promoted measure have been given which gives theoretical supports for the overall systematic development of economic-society in Hei Bei province.
