In this paper, Qingyang is the main object for study, in the background of limited number of available land, cultivated land reserve savings amount is insufficient, and unreasonable due to pollution and idle land use, studies of land use structure in Qingyang city is very important for the future provides an important quantitative optimization of land use structure based on. Through the establishment of ecological green equivalent model and PSR model, to get relative data of ecology, society, and economy, then to estimate whether those goals of ecological benefits, social benefits and economic benefits are meet, finally evaluate every county’s land ecological security of Qingyang city in 2010. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Every county’s ecological green equivalent level of Qingyang city distribute unevenly. In 7 county and 1 district, the ecological green equivalent of Xifeng District, Huanxian county, Qingcheng county, Huachi county and Zhenyuan County is less than 1, In the future planning should strengthen the construction and maintenance of the ecological environment; opposite direction, the ecological green equivalent of Heshui county, Zhengning county and Ningxian county is greater than 1, show that the regional land use structure is reasonable.(2) The highest green equivalent level of forest ecosystem belong to Heshui county, this play an important role in the process of protecting ecological environment, The green equivalent level of forest ecosystem in Huan county is the lowest level. The highest green equivalent level of dry-land ecosystem belong to Zhenyuan county, this district is the important food crops and cash crops origin of Qingyang city; The green equivalent level of dry-land ecosystem in Heshui county is the lowest level. The highest green equivalent level of grassland and non-irrigated farmland belong to Huan county, this district make a great contribution to the ecological environment of Qingyang city; The green equivalent level of grassland ecosystem in Zhengning county is the lowest level. maldistribution of paddy field and garden area, less land area, these all make less contribution to the ecological environment in Qingyang city.(3) The slope of natural facts is the most important fact that influence the land distribution of green equivalent of Qingyang city, it also directly determines the distribution of vegetation. Due to human activity, the green equivalent level of those regions that slope between 0 °-3 ° and 3°-8 ° is lowest. those regions that slope between 5 °-15 ° and 15°-20 °, farming operation is developed, the green equivalent level is a little bit better; those regions that slope between 20 °-25 ° and above 25°, natural biological resources is the most abundant, the green equivalent level is the best. GDP, regional population is inversely proportional with the ecological green equivalent level, areas with high GDP ecological green equivalent is low, low proportion of regional population regional ecological green equivalent instead of high level(4) The ecosystem security of Heshui county meet the basic standard, this county’s ability of sustainable development is strong; The ecosystem security of Zhengning county and Ningxian county is close to the threshold standard, the ability of sustainable development of these counties is ordinary, need to attract the attention of the local government and the masses to protect the ecological environment. The ecosystem security of Xifeng district, Huachi county, Zhenyuan county,Qingcheng county and Huanxian county facing security threats, he ability of sustainable development is poor, ecological environment protection should be strengthened.
