Radio frequency identification(RFID)is a technology that uses radio for non-contact information identification. It can store the information in the chip of the electronic tag, read the information in the tag chip through the reader to emit electromagnetic waves, and then complete the item identification.RFID technology has the advantages of long reading distance and large information storage capacity, which is very suitable for petroleum pipe management.Aiming at the problems that the existing electronic tags cannot make full use of the area of the oil pipe wall, the gain is very small, the reading distance is too small, and the metal fails, this article designs a conformable shape based on the performance parameters and basic principles of the tag antenna. The anti-metal tag antenna on the wall of the oil pipe, and has been tested in kind. The reader chip is a key part that determines the function of the RFID system. The digital baseband is the core part of the reader chip. This paper references the ISO / IEC18000-6C protocol to design a digital baseband system. The research content of the full text is summarized as follows:Firstly, some key performance parameters of the tag antenna are analyzed and introduced from the circuit model. The maximum reading distance formula of the tag antenna is theoretically derived, and the influence of the key performance parameters on the maximum reading distance of the tag is analyzed. The ISO / IEC18000-6C protocol is introduced, and the protocol is analyzed at the physical layer and the label identification layer.Based on the understanding of the protocol, the technical indicators of the reader design and the digital baseband architecture are given.Secondly, based on the research on the cause of the tag antenna's failure on the metal surface,a metal-resistant RFID tag antenna with PIFA structure was designed and manufactured. The tag antenna is semi-circular,which can make full use of the oil pipe wall space and increase the reading and writing distance.Further, the influence of the adhesion of the PIFA antenna structure on metal and non-metal surfaces on the gain of the tag antenna was studied. The influence of the size of the feeding loop and the distance between the feeding loop and the radiator on the impedance of the tag antenna in the inductively coupled feeding structure was analyzed.By adjusting the length of the rectangular slot, the simulation verified the meandering technology for the tag antennaresonance frequency.A physical object was produced according to the optimized size of the simulation, and the impedance and the maximum reading distance were tested. The results show that the actual tag performance is basically consistent with the theoretical performance. Finally, according to the technical indicators of the reader design and the digital baseband architecture, verilog language was used to design the digital baseband transmitting unit, receiving unit and control unit in a top-down manner. The raised-cosine roll-off filter module of the transmitting unit is optimized and a distributed algorithm based on the ROM look-up table is adopted, which reduces the hardware resources consumed; The FM0 decoding module of the receiving unit uses a double-frequency sampling decoding method to improve learn about code efficiency.Further joint simulation verification of the digital baseband system was performed, and the results were in line with expectations.
