In recent years, with the rapid development of the preparation of materials and machining technology, composite lattice structure attached widespread attention in many areas, especially in aerospace vehicles and carrying equipment such as naval ships, and many other areas in domestic and foreign, the composite lattice structure seems to have become the great potential of advanced high-strength lightweight multifunctional materials.Therefore, the design research of new composite materials lattice structure has important engineering significance.In this paper, the research object is the straight type lattice structure filled with polyurethane materials, in the use of ANSYS / LS-DYNA finite element software to simulate the response of the composite lattice structure at the air explosion loading, analyze when its parameter changed, the consequent change in response occurred, and from the perspective of energy absorption, compared with the explosion resisting performance between the composite lattice structure and other forms, and finally concluded that the composite lattice structure has excellent mechanical properties.The main research work and conclusions are summarized as follows:(1) Using the finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA simulated the air explosion,compare the calculated peak overpressure with the empirical equation, we find that the mesh density has a certain influence on the peak overpressure calculations, the specific rule is that,the mesh grid the smaller size, the calculation results being closer with the empirical formula.(2) Introduced the flow- structure coupling algorithm, and the response exploded in the air as a numerical example, draw the energy absorption and deformation of the structure.(3) The fourth chapter of this article describes in detail when the core layer height,panel thickness change, the straight type lattice structure filled with polyurethane materials’ response in air explosion loading, predominantly observed its calculation results of energy absorption and deformation, and found that with the increase in structural mass, deformation and energy absorption are decreased.(4) Compared the properties of the merits between the composite lattice structure and polyurethane sandwich panel structure, entity board structure from the perspective of energy absorbing, and draw the conclusion that, in the same condition, the composite latticestructure’s explosion resisting performance was more excellent than the other two structures.(5) Finally, use the ANSYS finite element software simulation structure in response to static loading conditions, and comprehensive comparison the deformation of the composite lattice structures, polyurethane sandwich panel structures, entity board structure and so on,draw a conclusion that composite lattice structure have better stiffness properties.
