Pipe leakage in chemical industry can lead to severe contamination and economical loss. To deal with the higher demand for flexibility and real-time ability of leakage detecting, this paper engages on designing a portable data acquisition and processing device for complex oil pipe network.The index for this portable device is studied, base on which the pressure data acquisition module, signal pre-processing module, GPS time calibration module, GPRS wireless data transporting module are designed. The whole scheme for this portable data acquisition and processing device for complex oil pipe network is brought up and realized on hardware and software level.TMS320F28335 is adopted as the core chip of hardware system. The peripheral circuits for DSP embedded system are designed, including DSP power circuit, crystal oscillator circuit, A/D voltage reference circuit and system interface circuit. Schematic graph and PCB layout are carried out in this thesis. The bottom frame is built. Communication protocol and some relevant programs are coded in C language.In order to increase the accuracy of pressure data, a data pre-processing method combined with FIR filter and BSS model is brought up in this thesis and feasibility of this method is discussed. Simulation for this processing method is carried out with MATLAB and FIR filter hardware implementation is finished on DSP.At last, the future studying direction is discussed. Multiple signal (temperature, flow and valve switching) data acquisition will be implemented and a programmable gain amplifier circuit will be studied and designed. These two points will lead to a variety of signal detecting for complex pipe network and accuracy of weak pipe leakage.
