Ration Loading System Of YCZL New Energy Oil Depots

To meet the demand of the automation of oil delivery in oil depot, the intelligence system of oil delivery in oil depot is designed and developed according to the fieldbus technology,the self-adjusting control technology and PLC control technology on the basis of analyzing the ration loading development state of the domestic and international oil depots and the existing problems of oil delivery system in the domestic oil depot. The system has certain functions including on—line control in the computer,accurate measure, trend supervision, interlock control, data preservation and automatic report printing. And the system achieves the goal of improving the precision and efficiency of ration loading, as well as reducing wastage and releasing working intensity,improves the level of modern management in preservation and transformation system in oil depot.In order to reduce energy waste and eliminate the influence of water-impact and the superfluous oil, to improve the precision of oil delivery system, the dissertation puts forth the design of the multi-functional digital electro-hydraulic valve and the variable frequency control on the basis of analyzing the calculating error and the valve closing process, designs hardware and software for the oil delivery system and introduces the adaptive algorithm of initial lead. The system solves the problems such as water-impact&low calculating accuracy&the out of control of the valve&the static.
