The blast furnace blower plays an important role in the field of metallurgy as the main machinery equipment to guarantee the stability of blast furnace production and operation, and the blast furnace gas pressure recovery turbine unit which may recycle the pressure energy of blast furnace gas and reduce noises has great economic benefit and social benefit. BPRT is the coaxial blast furnace blower energy recovery blower unit of blast furnace blower and blast furnace gas pressure recovery turbine(turbine). BPRT unit is particularly complicated equipment which has the capability of energy recovery by using gas pressure while supplying air for the blast furnace, in order to ensure a stable, safe, efficient operation, design and implementation of the control system of BPRT unit is very important.Scientific control methods and advanced reasonable control schemes should be used for the detection and control of BPRT connecting with the actual situation of each enterprise in order to ensure the production operation safety of the blast blower and reduce the accident rate of the unit, at the same time, the use of turbine for recycling furnace top pressure energy as much as possible while stabilizing the blast furnace top pressure have important implications for the production operation safety and the increase of production. The main content of the subject is about the model selection of the detection system and the control system and the design of the control scheme of BPRT unit.This subject analyzes the BPRT unit system structure characteristics and testing process control requirements combining with the actual production situations of the company and the SIMATIC S7-400 programmable controller of SIEMENS company to build distributed control system of BPRT unit by carrying on the design from three aspects. Firstly, the design of the control system hardware structure of BPRT unit, including the design selection of the control system and its auxiliary equipment, the selection of detecting instruments and the design of anti-surge valve, vibration monitoring system and the anti-jamming of control system; secondly the design of control scheme of BPRT unit, including start scheme of the blast blower and the turbine, the shutting off scheme of the unit, the scheme of control function of the surge against reverse flow, the scheme of top pressure regulation of blast furnace and the scheme of the angle adjusting control of blower static blades, etc.; Finally, the design of upper computer display, including the functional design of human-machine operation interface.At present, the BPRT unit which has been put in production is running well with a stable control system performance and is capable of satisfying the requirements of production and achieving good control effect.
