Anodic aluminum oxide membrane which was prepared by anoxic oxide of Al contains uniform, parallel pores and high pore porosity, so it is very suit for making filter membrane. In this paper, we studied in detail the whole process of preparing anodic aluminum oxide membrane and the parameters which influence the microscopically morphology of anoxic oxide films also was discussed. The results showed that anodizing voltage is mostly effect factor of pore radius and porosity, temperature and electrolyte concentration are related to pore morphology, While anodizing time and current density affect film thickness, in a range the increase of current density may accelerate formation speed of film. Comprehensive considering, high voltage, low temperature, low electrolyte concentration and long anodizing time should be applied if we hope get oxide membrane with uniform, parallel pores and high pore porosity. The porous radius of sulfuric acid membrane is lrim, it can be used as ultrafiltration membrane, while phosphoric acid membranes?are above lOOnm, it can be used as microfiltration membrane. The test of anticorrosion property showed that membranes have wider pH applyment arrange, it抯 value may reach 2-13. Using electrodialytic method, the relation between the pH value of solution and the $ potential of porous anodized aluminum, which was separated by reverse electrolysis from aluminum substrate, has been investigated, we may know anodic aluminum oxide membrane is fit for ion exchange membrane.
