In recent years,how to synthesise nanostructured materials by low-cost process has become a hot spot of scientific research.Porous anodic aluminum oxide has a typical self-organizing nanostructure.Its pore size and array is consistent.By changing the electrolysis conditions and supplementing appropriate chemical treatment,we can adjust the size of pore in the range of several hundred nanometers to a few nanometers.Therefore,nanoimprint which uses porous anodic aluminum oxide films as templates has become a hot topic in related fields to obtain nanostructured materials.However,the whole preparation process of anodic aluminum oxide lasts several hours,and the experimenter needs to pay close attention to the aluminum state all the time,which require a lot of time and energy.Therefore,it is necessary to design a equipment and control software which can prepare porous anodic aluminum oxide automatically.Based on the preparation process of anodic aluminum oxide,this paper designs an innovative equipment that meets the requirements of the experiment and develops relevant control software which can realize the standardized and automatic preparation of porous anodic aluminum oxide film.First of all,this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research about the preparation process of anodic aluminum oxide film,and expounds the growth theory of porous anodic aluminum oxide.According to the preparation process,we chose the required preparation instrument.Then we select appropriate experimental cavity,low-temperature environment module and the equipment shell by analyzing the using effects.The data transmission instruction of experimental instrument is designed,and the data communication between experimental instrument and computer host is realized.The compatible control software,which can runs on windows 7 and windows 10,is developed by using visual basic 6.0development tools.In order to improve the extensibility and maintainability of the complete control system,eclipse development tools was used to develop a information management system.Finally,the whole equipment and control software are tested and the possible problems are analyzed.The test shows that the control software can control the whole process of the experiment.The surface topography images show that the prepared anodic aluminum oxide film with large aperture and large area has a regular arrangement of pores nanostructure.The experimental results show that the whole equipment meets the design expectations and can meet the requirements of preparing large-area porous anodic aluminum oxide film.The equipment realizes the preparation of a 4-inch large-area porous anodic aluminum oxide film,and the size of pore can be finely adjusted between 50-500 nm.
