| The technology of Catalytic Distillation (CD) has been cultivated rapidly in industrial applications recently. To show more attention to the technology,several novel crafts have utilized successfully in production of petroleum chemicals,such as MTBE,which is fairly consummated.Propylene Oxide (PO) is one of the primary organic industrial materials,which used in extensive respects. Both of the two crafts for the industrial art are traditional methods that some serious problems exist,for example,great pollution or by-products. For the reason,many researchers engaged in the study of the title to explore new technology and ways of synthesis of PO.Using HzO:as oxidant to oxidize propylene can make reaction steady,no pollution and consume low energy. The synthesis of a novel type zeolite named TS-1 brings the hope to former method. By use of TS-1 as catalyst to affect the reaction between tLO2 and propylene,the condition can be mild,and technological process shorted without producing polluted waters. Therefore,the new method has a very bright prospect.The purpose of this paper is to utilize CD technology into TS-1 catalyzed reaction. In the courses,product will be distillate from reactive area to make the selectivity and catalyst efficacy higher. The process will be shorter than before,and at the same time,energy of reaction can be making good use of. The experiment mainly studied effects of the pressure of column,ratio of liquid to gas in materials,concentration of HzO2 in liquid feed and ratio of reflux to CD process. The changes followed the time were also observed. A conclusion was drawn that the proper rangeof technological parameter-4atm;ratio of liquid to gas inmaterials (MC3H6/MH2O2) is 0.5-1.5;concentration of H2O2 in liquid feed is l-3mol/L,ratio of reflux is 10-12. And when reaction time was over 60 hours,the CD process can reach the equilibrium. |
