Cellulose is a kind of biodegradable, friendly for environments, regenerative resource, which lies in nature extensively. The content of cellulose is 30% ~50% in wheat straw, rice husk,,buckwheat and sawdust as rejectamenta of agricultures, which will pollute environments as is combusted and it is also a significant waste of resource. If the cellulose derivatives were synthesized from the rejectamenta of agricultures, the pollution to the environment would be reduced , the industry material would be saved ,and a series kinds of low-cost chemicals would be provided.The cellulose has been activated from wheat straw, rice husk, buckwheat and sawdust by epoxy chloropropane, and four strong anion exchangers has been synthesized by reacted with trimethylamine, which were WCell-CTMAHP, SCell-CTMAHP, BCell-CTMAHP and RCell-CTMAHP.Three polyamine type weak anion exchangers (WCell-EDAHP, WCell-DETAHP, WCell-TETAHP) were synthesized from reaction of epoxy straw cellulose ether with ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine; two weak anion exchanger (WCell-DMAHP, WCell-DEAHP) were synthesized from dimethylamine and diethylamine and strong anion exchanger(WCell-CTEAHP) were synthesized from triethylamine. Weak anion exchanger (WCell-DMAE) was synthesized from reaction of straw cellulose with N, N-dimethylchloroethane. Six strong anion exchangers (WCell-CDMHEAE, WCell-CDMBAE, WCell-CDMHEAHP, WCell-CDMBAHP, WCell-CDEHEAHP, WCell-CDEBAHP) were synthesized from reaction of WCell-DMAE, WCell-DMAHP, WCell-DEAHP with chloroethanol, chlorobenzene.The exchange capacity of strong anion exchanger and weak anion exchanger of cellulose were determined.The adsorption capacity of saturation of polyamine type exchanger for Cu2+ is above 11.02mg-g~' and the ratio of removing is above 99.1%. The adsorption capacities of saturation of strong anion exchanger and weak anion exchanger for anion dye are 187mg-g"' andl22mg-g~' respectively. The adsorption capacities of saturation of strong anion exchanger and weak anion exchanger for Cr(VI)are 34.12mg-g"' and 24.37mg-g"' respectively.Our studies provide a feasible way for the utilization of rejectamenta of agricultures and reducing pollution, also provide a kind of cheap sorbent for treating wastewater.
