| Based on the environmental geochemistry theory, the paper makes a comprehensive investigation and assessment on natural geographic condition, social and economical development and the water of SongHua River. Also, the tendency of water quality were predicted. With the rapid city population increasing and the industrialization promotion, serious headwater crises has been formed by a great deal of pollutant being emit, which is not only important factor restricting the development of national economy, but threaten human-beings health. Under the condition that the point source pollution has been controlled step by step, the non-point source pollution becomes the important pollution source of water quality. Based on practical and actual investigation and analysis of literatures home and abroad, the paper focused on origin and transmit regulations of non-point source pollution, appraised the region's environmental capacity, defined the environmental protection goals by means of the gross capacity controlling method.The study research shows that the water- quality pollution of "The Three-Lake Area" is very serious, and have increasing tendency. The water quality pollution of BaiShan Lake and HongShi Lake is mainly SS, which is most serious, the water quality type is ranked V; the main five pollution index of SongHua Lake and its branches are all over the normal standard, in which the TP is the key pollution matter; the water quality pollution of "The Three-Lake Area" is mainly the non-point source pollution, so we must take step to deal with, and suggested to define to environmental goals by means of total content controlling method; meanwhile, I'm refer to the mainenvironmental questions and environmental pollution factors of the "Three-Lake Lake" and gives the relative pollution controlling strategies with the law and political methods, so as to protect and improve the regional environmental quality, creates the green culture ,with which to serve the people. |
