Jiangsu Coastal Wetland Eco-tourism Sustainable Development Model Study

Combining with the theories of ectourism and ecological security, this thesis studies coastal wetland ectourism and probes into the sustainable development model in Jiangsu province, practically studies those of Yancheng coastal wetland region, Jiangsu Province?This thesis is composed of five chapters. Chapter One discusses the essence and the study progress of ecotourism. It also expounds upon the connotation, definition and features of the coastal wetland ectourism.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the current conditions and problems by wide-ranged material collection and on-the-spot investigation, Chapter Two analyzes the conditions of coastal wetland ecotourism and establishes an evaluation index system of Jiangsu coastal wetland tourist resource.On the basis of ecological security Chapter Three contributes a development model in coastal wetland ecotourism and a set of coastal wetland ecotourist products.Chapter Four probes into the coastal wetland ecotourism about its structure of management system, management index system and standard, management means and methods. It also builds up the management model of coastal wetland in Jiangsu from the view of relevant beneficiaries and community participation.At last the thesis selects coastal wetland in Yancheng, Jiangsu province as the case. The models of coastal wetland resources development of this area have been discussed on the basis of recent investigation and study. In Chapter Five, it not only provides the sustainable models of wetland distribution development and point-axis development but makes out the stratagem of coastal wetland ecotourism in Yancheng.
