Through testing the configuration and the capability of physics and machine of natural colored cotton, this article make clear that natural cojor cotton fiber's properties in physics, mechanics, degree of maturity, fiber length and fineness are almost near to the white cotton fiber's.First, we probe into the crafts of rotor spinning and ring spinning and combining the characteristic of the fiber to spin. Then, we use the yarn to weave in a sample machine and V-bed flat machine (STOLL). Finally, it was found that natural colored cotton's yarn has the characteristic of soft color and good handle, and that natural colored cotton's fabric has the characteristic ofelegance appearance and excellent breath. The natural colored cotton is a good type of new textile material.The color and luster of natural colored cotton is formed in growth course of fiber, so its color fastness is different in different conditions. Through testing the color fastness to light, soap washing, rubbing and perspiration, we find that its color fastness almost meets dress need. Through utilizing the method of orthogonal design to study the representation color fastness to soap washing, we also get the condition that fit natural colored cotton.Along with joining the WTO of china, the custom trade barrier will be cancelled gradually, but technical barriers to trade especially green barrier will become a more and more important factor of garment output. As a kind of green textile, natural colored cotton can break through the limit of barrier in effect. To develop the enterprise of natural colored cotton, we can improve technical tack value of our country's textile industry and enhance the competition power in international market.
