The aim of this essay is to find some mixed agents which can greatly improve the recovery rate of copper oxidized ore.The essay has discussed the non-even of ore's surface and the need of sulfurization, and analysed the possible state of ore surface after been sulfurized. After that , the essay has analysed the degree of soft of copper atom and the fit bond atom or functional group of collecting agent in term of the SHBA theory . Therefore,the essay found a series of collecting agents which may bring about good results. These collecting agents include xanthate Qt ?Q2 ?Qs . The xanthate is consist of Hr Hi and bytyl xanthate according to the mix of different length xanthe can increase recovery rate of copper sulfide ore. Through the experiments of pure ore , such as single agent frotation experiment, single-element formula experiment, multi-element formula experiment, the essay found that there are cynergistic effect -among these agents .This mixed collecting agents can great improve the recovery rate of copper oxidized .There are a good formula among the agents concerned and when the proportion of Q, :Q2 :Q3 :H黄 is 4.5:3:1:8, the cynergistic effect is especially good. Of this mixed agents , the proportion of H黄 is H, :H2 : HT=1:2:2. The pure ore experiment of contact angle also find that this mixed agents can increase the contact angle of copper in solution . Practical ore experiment proved that this mixed agents could improve the recovery rate of copper oxidized and have some practical utilization.
