Waterflood is one of the measures to increase production in oil field in general use. In our petroleum region, the use of waterflood pump can bring on huge social and economic benefit. Because of research theory and research system of waterflood pump are not perfection and do not form relatively mature system info at present, the study and development cycle of waterflood pump is longer. These are adverse to exploit new pump. So to exploit and research waterflood pump appears particularly important.The text is based on the shortcoming of 450 pump in the Zhongyuan oil field, and consider request to increase oil-production efficiency, study and exploit 500 type high pressure waterflood pump. The research begins with the project design of 500-type waterflood pump, Put forward different type waterflood pump working project. Based on tradition devise, use VB6.0 to program and count, got out the part stress at working and the tradition design calculation's minimum structure size when the strength of material is fulfiled. At the same time the text also carry out strength design of structure fatigue of waterflood pump. These establish the foundation not only to structural design, but also to use PRO/E to builtup waterflood pump's three-dimensional physical model.On the basis of structural design, the text use PRO/E to builtup waterflood pump's three-dimensional entity model. And use functional module of PRO/E to assemble the established three-dimensional part model, obtain the intact physical model, and verify the interference between parts. The development and designing of pump appear intuitionistic. At lost the article use the comparative maturity ANSYS software, tune in established physical model of PEO/E or builtup physical model in ANSYS directly. And then carry out pump partial finite element analysis, at last put forward improvement programs to antecedent spares' structures. In this way we can redesign pump partial concretion structure pertinence and use this study of pump part and carry out optimize.The text incorporate tradition design and computer technology, software technique, and put forward new way to study waterflood pump. Use this way to exploit and research the waterflood pump can greatly increase efficiency to rebuild and design the waterflood pump and shorten the pump study cycle, supply reference to research fellow to study and exploit waterflood pump.
