Recent years, macroporous resin gradually being a new material of purified technology. It can not only eliminate a great deal impurity, but also rich the effective component, so the new technology improves the quality of preparation of Chinese traditional medicine by exerting the advantage of lessening the dosage. In addition, with the superiority of getting out the damp of production, reducing the yielding cycle and eliminating the heavy metal's contamination, it gradually applies to the development of new Chinese traditional medicine and the separation of effective component of Chinese herbal medicine.With the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine, the research firstly distilles the salvianolic acid of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge by the method of decocting and depositing, and founds the method of content-determination of salvianolic acid by the UV sepctrophotometry in order to ensure the well quality of technics. With the content of salvianolic acid as the marker, the optimized conditions of adsorption that the ratio of dia-height, the dynamic adsorption capacity, the concentration of sample, the velocity of flowing adsorption and the leak curve are studied. With the content of solvianolic acid in ointment as the marker, the research also optimizes the conditions of elution such as the kind of eluted solvent, the velocity of flowing elution and the elution curve. On the base of aboved-mentioned optimized conditions of adsorption and elution, the repetition of the technics is studied with the fineness of salvianolic acid as the marker. Secondly, the research also studies the technological parameters of the purification of isoflavones of Pueraria Lobata Ohwi with macroporous resin. With the optimum technological parameters of the enrichment process 'were selected, the study provided a new technology which can avoid the disadvantage of bad repetition in the reseach of new traditional Chinese medicine.
