Development and basic theory of the softening agent was studied in this paper, eight kinds of softening agents with good capabilities such as softening, antistatic, biodegradable, solid state, etc. were designed and mainly synthesizedAmong which, softener A ([(2-hydroxyl-3-stearic acyloxyl) propyl -(2-stearic acyloxyl) ethyl-dimethyl] ammonium chloride) which is synthesized from N,N-dimethyl ethanol amino has not been reported in china; softener B ([(2-hydroxyl-3-stearic acyloxyl)propyl-(2-stearic amic) ethyl-ethoxyl-methyl]ammonium chloride) and softener C ([N-(2- hydroxyl-3-stearic acyloxyl)propyl-N-ethoxyl heptadecyl imidazoline ] ammonium chloride) which are all synthesized from ethoxyl ethylene diamine can not be found in CA before 2003.This paper studied the synthesis process conditions of softener A-C, and found their optimum conditions. Identifications for their performances declare that they all are our object softeners.
