The paper is based on the application of the preparation of ultrafine composite particle, and concludes three compounds as the goals: Al/TiO2/Fe2O3, Al/TiO2/Cr2O3 and Al/TiO2/Bi2O3.At first,TiO2 film was prepared by the hydrolysis of (C4H9O) 4Ti. It also included the effect under different reaction temperature, time and solvent. The Al/TiO2 particle was characterized with scanning electron microscope(SEM), infrared spectroscopy(IR). The average size was 20.4 um.Secondly, the three oxides were gained by CrCl3, FeCl3 and Bi(NO3)3 under NH3 H2O. It was demonstrated that the reaction temperature, time and reagent affected the composite particle. Throughout lots of contrast experiments, the optimal reaction conditions were found. Besides, the particles were characterized by SEM, IR and so on.
